Digitally Signed & Encrypted Email
Scalable security to encrypt emails and protect your contents in transit and at rest with S/MIME certificates.
S/MIME Encryption
S/MIME certificates prove the identity of online users by allowing you to digitally sign, encrypt, and decrypt emails seamlessly.
Digital signatures
A digital signature makes forgery and impersonation impossible, providing absolute authenticity and integrity to your messages.
End-to-end encryption
Data is encrypted on the sender’s system and only the intended recipient can decrypt it. Nobody in between can read or tamper with it.
Fight spoofing
Digitally signed emails clearly present the sender’s identity to recipients to help differentiate from maliciously spoofed phishing emails.
Multi-platform
Deploy to desktops and personal devices using the same key. Supports Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, and Android platforms.
End-to-end security for your most critical communications with cryptographic proof for every message you send.
Enhancing Protection with User-Friendly Solutions
Scalable Email Security represents a comprehensive approach to safeguarding email communication within an organization. By employing point-to-point message encryption through S/MIME, compatibility with popular enterprise email clients is ensured, making integration seamless.
The system is designed with user-friendliness in mind, requiring minimal training, thus facilitating quick adoption across the workforce. Additional features such as email continuity, journaling support, and easy re-delivery further contribute to a robust and resilient email infrastructure.
Key Features
Satisfy Regulatory Requirements
Digital signatures on emails are a powerful tool in combating spoofing and phishing attacks, adding a layer of authenticity and security to email communication. By tying the sender's third-party-verified identity to the email, recipients can easily differentiate legitimate emails from spoofed ones, enhancing trust.
The sender's identity, once verified and attached to the email, supports non-repudiation, meaning the sender cannot later deny having sent the email. Furthermore, digital signatures prevent any alterations to the email contents after it has been sent, ensuring the integrity of the information.
Fight Spoofing & Phishing
Encryption, Integrity, and Trust in the Digital Age
Ensuring the security and privacy of email communication is paramount in today's digital world. By encrypting emails, both in transit and at rest, you are taking a vital step in safeguarding the contents from unauthorized access.
Utilizing S/MIME encryption ensures that only the intended recipient can decrypt the email. End-to-end encryption further guarantees that the email remains encrypted while in transit and when stored on servers, minimizing the risk of interception and maintaining confidentiality.

Frequently Asked Questions
S/MIME secures emails by using a set of mathematically related keys – a private key and a public key, these code signing certificates work in a similar way to SSL certificates and are validated on public key infrastructure (PKI). When you send an email, it’s encrypted with your recipient’s public key, which in turn means it can only then be decrypted by their own private key. That way, unless your private keys are compromised, only your intended recipient can access the secure data in your emails and read the message in plain text. Both the sender and recipient will need to have the ability to use secure multipurpose internet mail extensions (S/MIME email).
In addition to encryption and sending encrypted messages, S/MIME also gives you the option of providing a digital signature to your emails, verifying that the sender is legitimate with an email signing certificate. By using your private encryption key, all your emails can feature encryption certificates proving that you are the sender.
